For Burning Man 2019, Kelly won a grant to create a civic parklette at the Man Pavilion. She and her team created three 25' three-tiered seats that were lit from within with a total of 111 LED flood lights. Atop each seating area were 25" LED lit cloth flowers on copper stems.
